Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (you will be notified).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic: Upto 7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days (varies by location and customs clearance)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Due to the nature of art sales, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return or exchange for damaged/defective items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Return Process

Email us at contact@macaone.online with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized artworks.
Digital downloads.
Items purchased on sale or clearance.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Macaone Online is not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party couriers.
